One-on-one work is where we dive in and start talking about how you feel, how you eat, and what it's like to be in your body. Available both in-person and online (in most states). Starts with an initial consultation with multiple options available for follow-up consultations.
Arm yourself with knowledge! Learn what the research says about how nutrition supports your health and how you can apply the fundamentals of nutrition to support your unique body and circumstances. Available online so you can learn at your convenience with the option to add access to live Q&A sessions + group chat where you can ask questions, get support, and share ideas.
